I'm Jemma. I build websites for practitioners because I am one.
I'm a health scientist and Western herbalist based in Sydney. I hold a Bachelor of Health Science in Western Herbal Medicine from Torrens University.
Before health science, I spent a decade in international corporate strategy roles, with a strong focus on employee wellbeing and health. That mix is why Peppeddev exists. I understand how natural health and wellness practices actually work, and I know what it takes to turn that into something people can find, understand and book.
Why I started Peppeddev
After graduating, I watched good practitioners stall at the same point. They had the qualifications, the insurance and the booking system, but no website, because the quotes were three thousand dollars and two months away. So the practice sat on Instagram and a Linktree, and clients struggled to find them.
I started building sites for friends in the industry. Every time, the reaction was the same: oh, is that it? When the person building it already understands natural health, it stops being a big project. So I turned it into three tested designs, one fixed price, and a fortnight's turnaround.
What else I've built
Peppeddev isn't a side project from someone outside the industry. I've built platforms that practitioners use every day:

- Herbal Mixology, a liquid herbal dispensary and formulation platform
